ABOUT ROLLING THUNDER® , Inc.
Rolling Thunder®, Inc. is a class 501(c)(4) non-profit organization with 97 chapters (and growing) throughout the United States and members abroad. Chapter 3 serves the northern sections of New Jersey.
While many members of Rolling Thunder®, Inc. are veterans and ride motorcycles, neither is a requirement for membership. Rolling Thunder®, Inc. members are old and young, men and women, veterans and non-veterans. We are a veterans service organization, we are not a motorcycle group or club.
Members are all united in the cause to bring full accountability for the Prisoner of War-Missing in Action(POW-MIA) of all wars, reminding the government, the media and the public by our watchwords: WE WILL NEVER FORGET"
ACTIVITIES
MEETINGS
Rolling Thunder®, Inc. New Jersey Chapter 3 meets the 1st Wednesday of every month at 7 PM at the VFW post 5119 located at 179 Main Street in Glen Gardner NJ.
Meetings are open to the public and prospective members are encouraged to come to a meeting to learn more about our organization.
Members are not required to be veterans and do not need to be motorcycle riders.
Chapter 3 participates in many events supporting our veterans. Including: Pizza and Fellowship at the PTSD unit; Karaoke parties at the CLC; Summer picnics and Holiday parties at both the Lyons VA Hospital and Veterans Haven North.
